POLIS RECALL MOMENTUM CONTINUES TO BUILD
More than 10,000 packets being circulated
STERLING, CO, June 23, 2019 — Motivation continues to build for recalling Gov. Jared Polis as an all-volunteer circulator effort is well underway, gathering thousands of signatures daily.

The bi-partisan, grassroots movement that began on July 8 is the ONLY official, valid, certified petition being circulated that would force an election to hold Polis accountable for his actions against the voters of Colorado.

Government overreach isn’t a partisan issue, it is a constitutional problem. We are now seeing people stand up across the U.S. and say no more. They are standing up in Colorado. They are standing up in Oregon. They stood up in Maine, and they stood up in Nevada.

Legislation ignoring ongoing fights against things such as the National Popular Vote, the Red Flag Bill, increased Oil and Gas regulations and forced sex education have people wanting to send a message reminding Polis and other radical governors that this is a government of the people, by the people and for the people.

Thousands of Unaffiliated, Republican and Democrat Coloradans, are carrying petitions in all 64 counties. There are more than 10,000 petition packets currently being circulated. If all those packets containing 80 signatures each are returned, Polis will be on his way to being dismissed.

Dismiss Polis needs 631,266 signatures from registered Coloradans to force an election to end Polis’ Socialist attack on Colorado. Distractors from the effort call our effort a daunting task. Yet, if you break down the numbers and compare that with what is happening statewide, you see it is not as daunting as they want it to appear.

In order to gather our goal of 900,000 signatures, we need 15,000 signatures a day. That is about 235 per day per county. Many of our circulators are reporting hundreds per day individually. In Fort Collins recently — the very blue epicenter of Larimer County — they reported more than 4,000 in one weekend, and lines to sign the petition across the state are up to two hours long.

Currently there are more than 200 different businesses available for people to sign daily, with more added all the time. There are special events in all 64 counties, and many circulators are going door-to-door to educate people on our effort. Dismiss Polis is confident we will reach our goal by the deadline.
